This paper presents an efficient method for dynamic demand allocation.A program was designed to read water customer account billing data, convert thecustomer billing data and allocate water demand for each customer to the nearestdemand node. The program is used to maintain the Colorado Springs Utilitieswater model and to forecast system demand for what-if planning and designscenarios.
