IN THIS WORK, THE CUTKOSKY PLANAR GRASP HAS BEEN MODELLED BY A THREE-LINK MECHANISM AND ANALYZED, BASED ON ELASTIC STABILITY THEORY. BASED ON THIS STUDY, TWO BUCKLING MODES OF THE MODEL, NAMELY A SYMMETRIC MODE AND AN ANTISYMMETRIC MODE, HAS BEEN RECOGNIZED. IN THE SYMMETRIC BUCKLING MODE THE DISTURBING TORQUES OPPOSE EACH OTHER AND NO OBJECT STABILITY FAILURE IS POSSIBLE.
