Preventative maintenance programming has been applied to production but it has a limited life in the process paint shop. The technology permits gathering of information and further directs that information towards a useful end product. As a discipline is set for booth cleaning control, it establishes a controlled cleaning procedure schedule. This results in a daily quality audit process to improve the overall capabilities.
