This powerpoint presentation begins by providing a brief overview of management parameter in flocculation and evaluation parameter of mixing and flocculation. Project objectives include:present a method of quantitative analysisin flocculation;evaluate the efficiency of flocculation; improve flocculation efficiency; and, therefore, reduce the management cost. The experimental method is presented, and conclusions were that: the farther the flocculation basin is located from thedistribution waterway, the larger floc is growing up;therefore, G value should be set to increase the floc sizein accordance with the growth of the floc;the larger floc is growing up at the optimum G valuethan in the low or high G value; and, floc size analyzer will be a good tool for the evaluation parameter of flocculation performance. Includes tables, figures.
