Current efforts include: Turlock approved first Drinking WaterAgreement in Oct. 2005, followed byCeres, Hughson, and Modesto; and,Design-Build contract includedwater treatment plants and pipelines. Requested flow rates, project operations, key components of regional water system, TID - infiltration gallery, raw water system, water treatment plant, pilot plant process design, finished water storage andpump station, water transmission, pipeline alignment, and city interconnections are all presented.
