The scope of this paper is to review the technological advancements of a personal computer based Water Use Analyzer (The Flosearch System) that enables utilities to increase and manage their revenues. The Flosearch System accomplished this by monitoring, recording, storing and analyzing data derived from water meter usage patterns.
