USEPA support of Water Agency Response Networks (WARN) is presented, the Sample WARN Mutual Aid/AssistanceOperational Plan, the Water/Wastewater Agency ResponseNetwork (WARN) Tabletop ExerciseFacilitator Guide, three exercise scenarios, and Interstate Aid/Assistance via Emergency Management Assistance Compact (EMAC).
