This powerpoint presentation begins by providing a brief overview of the Singapore Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources, and in particular the Public Utilities Board (PUB), a statutory board constituted under thePublic Utilities Act of 2001 to provideintegrated water supply, sewerage anddrainage services to Singapore. PUB manages the complete water cyclefrom sourcing, collection, purification and supply of drinking water, to treatment of usedwater and turning it into NEWater, and drainage of storm water. The presentation focuses on Integrated Water ResourceManagement that consists of4 National Taps and 3P Approach.4 National Taps consists of: local catchment waters; imported water from Johor; NEWater; and, desalinated water.
