This standard defines the detailed description of the air interface of Internet Code Division Multiple Access (I-CDMA). This volume describes all aspects of the air interface that exists between the Access Terminal (AT) and the Base Station Router (BSR). It covers the three lowest layers (physical layer, link layer and network layer) analogous to the OSI Network Layer model.
