AASHTO R 25-00 (2013)

This document provides a guideline for establishing evaluation and qualification procedures for personnel engaged in sampling and testing of soils, aggregates, hot-mix asphalt, and portland cement concrete in accordance with AASHTO test methods. The guideline is intended for use by organizations providing qualification of sampling and testing technicians at the basic testing level for acceptance of materials and independent assurance testing.
